This is paralyzed Palestinian athlete Khamis Zakout training in Gaza a month ago. He, along with five fellow athletes on the Palestinian para-Olympics team, were invited by the British Consulate to a pre-Olympics celebration in Jerusalem and Ramallah but he was barred from attending by Israel for “security reasons”.
He’s paralyzed, for God’s sake.
